A good Tequila is a natural product and only as good as the plant it is produced from. Our precious blue Weber Agave thrive on the fertile soil of Jalisco under perfect conditions for six to eight years before they are ready to become MAYACIEL.


Pure and clear - our Tequila is produced with fresh volcanic spring water from the Sierra Madre. Thus the taste of MAYACIEL is not distorted and remains unique.


Our Tequila Rosa gets its unique finish from hand-selected Malbec red wine barrels from an excellent winery in the Mexican highlands, where it is finished for several weeks.

Berry aromas, carried by the distinctive notes of agave.


Dark red grapes and wild berries, paired with a unique tannin structure as well as subtle pepper notes and unmistakable agave.


Pleasantly dry with a multi-layered and rich finish.



Modern and puristic, MAYACIEL presents itself as Tequila Generation Next. The cuts and design of the bottle reflect the gently rolling mountain landscape of the Sierra Madre. This mountain range frames the wide Agave fields and is home to our Tequila. The shining red labels of our Tequila Rosa reflect the colour of the red wine that characterises the barrels used to refine our Tequila.



Being a purely natural product, Tequila can only be as good as the plant it’s made of. Our agaves form the basis for MAYACIEL's outstanding quality, and only the best and ripest agaves are used for the production of our Tequila. The plants thrive without the addition of artificial fertilisers for six to eight years on the fertile soils of Jalisco before they are harvested.
In addition, we add clear spring water filtered through volcanic rocks and wild yeast from the air kicking off the natural fermentation process. The secret ingredient however is the passion of our employees for Tequila.



Our Tequila Rosa gets its unique finish from being matured in red wine casks for several weeks. We use handpicked Malbec barrels from an excellent winery in the Mexican highlands.



We treat all our employees fairly and ensure that our farmers are adequately rewarded in order to maintain this wonderful tradition and culture. Our distillery not only actively cares for the protection of the natural environment, but also forms a valuable part of the local community and contributes to the preservation of the Mexican heritage.

It is equally important to us to preserve the sustainability of the Blue Weber Agave cultivation and treat the local flora and fauna with respect. The cultivation of our agave fields follows a very elaborate and sustainable procedure. Among other things, we take care to grow the agave in biodiverse environments and avoid monocultures. Furthermore, we recycle the agave residues from Tequila production into organic compost, thus closing the natural cycle. More about sustainability.



Don Partida founded the family’s first distillery in the 1970s and dedicated his life to the art of crafting excellent Tequila. Our master distiller still uses the same recipes and techniques as his grandfather once did. Together with our small, dedicated team, we manufacture MAYACIEL by hand according to the highest quality standards.

Drinking culture


First of all, try our MAYACIEL Rosa straight, ideally at room temperature to sense the complex aroma and complexity in detail. In company of good friends, it is even more fun – ¡SALUD!

Long Drink

Our MAYACIEL Rosa works perfectly in simple long drinks – best with soda or tonic. Simply take a glass filled with ice cubes, pour in some MAYACIEL Rosa, and add the mixer of your choice.


You like it more complex? Of course, you can also create excellent cocktails with our Tequila Rosa. The distinctive notes of our Tequila Rosa in particular give many cocktails a unique twist. Let your creativity run wild!
